This site, https://support.intrabc.com, is operated by Intra Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”) to handle support requests, number porting requests and quote requests for our telecommunications services. It is part of the Intra Systems family of sites alongside intrabc.com.

Information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to submit through the forms on this site:
- Support Request form – your name, company name, email address, phone number, service address, postal code, service type, an existing ticket number (if applicable), a description of the issue, and any files you attach.
- Number Porting Request form – your name, printed name, company name, email address, phone number, business/service address, postal code, the phone number(s) you want to port, an electronic signature authorizing the port, and any supporting documents you attach.
- Quote Request form – your name, company name, email address, phone number, your message, preferred start and completion dates, and any files you attach.
- Contact Us form – your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
If you reply by email to one of our automated notifications, that reply (including your email address, message and any attachments) is added to the relevant support, porting or quote record so our team can continue helping you.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to and process your support, porting and quote requests
- Contact you about the status of your request, including by email and, where applicable, push notification
- Coordinate number porting requests with your current carrier, under the authorization you give us when submitting that form
- Keep an internal record of your request for support, accounting and business purposes
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing profiling.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies and similar technologies in use are:
- Google reCAPTCHA on our support, quote and number porting forms, to help prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies and may collect information such as your IP address and browser behaviour, which is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Your browser’s local storage (not a cookie), used to remember your light/dark display preference and whether you’ve already seen our welcome message. This stays in your browser, is never sent to us or any third party, and is not used for tracking.
- Login cookies for our staff, when technicians and administrators log in to manage support requests. These are not set for ordinary visitors submitting a form.
Who can see your information
Submitted requests are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authorized Intra Systems staff through a password-protected internal portal. Staff accounts require two-factor authentication to log in. There is no public customer account system on this site – you do not need to register or log in to submit a request.
Third parties we share information with
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this site:
- Google reCAPTCHA, as described above.
- Google Calendar – when our team schedules an appointment related to your request, a summary of that request may be added to our internal company calendar, hosted by Google. This calendar is only visible to Intra Systems staff.
- Outbound notification and reply emails are sent through our own website email system.
We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep your information
We retain support, porting and quote request records for as long as needed to complete your request and for our ongoing business, accounting and legal record-keeping purposes. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details above and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations
